Afghan President Ashraf Ghani headed a high-ranking government delegation left for Balkh province and entered before afternoon to Mazar-e-Sharif city on Saturday. Presidential Palace said.

Ghani will kick new educational year with ringing one of school bell in the city. Statement said.

According to the statement Ghani will also inaugurate mosque at Shrine of Ali and Noor hall.

During his visit Ghani will also meet 209 Shaheen Army Corps leadership.
