Six Farah Policemen Killed In Taliban Attack

At least six police force members were killed when a group of Taliban fighters attacked their check post in Sheb Koh district in Farah province, Farah police confirmed on Friday. 

The incident took place on Thursday night, Farah police spokesman Eqbal Baher told TOLOnews. 

Baher said that five Taliban fighters were killed and nine others wounded in the clash.

According to him, the police check post is named Karez Shekhan. 

Taliban is yet to comment on the report.
