Uruzgan local officials claim that a Taliban commander in Uruzgan was killed in Khas Uruzgan district of the province.
Mulllah Abdul Samad, the Khas Uruzgan district police chief said that Mawlawi Abdullah, a Taliban commander in Uruzgan, was killed in a drone strike in Zarti area of the district.
Salam claimed that Abdullah’s deputy was also killed in the drone strike.
No comment has been made by the Taliban and no other source has confirmed this.
