Well known Indian actor, Vinod Khanna died at the age of 70 early Thursday, Hindustan Times reported.
His co-star from his most popular film “Amar Akbar Anthony” Rishi Kapoor tweeted in response to the star’s death on Thursday and said: “Will miss you Amar.”
The report said that “doctors and family had been expecting a recovery but somehow his condition escalated.”
Khanna had been struggling with advanced bladder cancer for a while and died about 11:20am India time.
He was hospitalized early April for severe dehydration but was later said to be stable and responding well to treatment, Hindustan Times reported.
