Kabul Star hotel has reopened for business after sustaining serious damage in a truck blast six months ago. 

The explosion at Zanbaq Square, which claimed the lives of over 150 people, caused extensive damage to buildings in the area. 

The hotel’s manager said repair work for the hotel amounted to about $6 million dollars. He also said there had been no government assistance given.
