
At least two Afghan policemen were killed in a bomb blast in eastern Paktia province on Saturday, local officials said.
Two others policemen and a civilian were wounded in the blast.
The incident happened today afternoon in Gardez, the capital of Paktia province, when a bomb that placed in a bicycle exploded, provincial spokesman Rohullah Samoon said.
The wounded taken in a nearby hospital in the city and police have started investigating the incident, he said.
No group including the Taliban has claimed responsibility for the blast.
Insurgents used Improvised Explosive Devices to target Afghan and Nato troops, but most of the victims are civilians.
