A number of Taliban fighters gathered in northern Baghlan province warning that they will mar the Afghan parliamentary elections and that people should avoid going to polls.

Taliban have warned that they will disrupt the upcoming parliamentary poll, and that security forces and polling personnel will also be targeted.

At least, 17 civilians were injured after an ISAF car which was set on fire in an attack by insurgents in Manogai, a district in eastern Kunar province, exploded on Sunday.
