No exact details on what transpired during the deadly attack on the Sardar Daud Hospital have been released by the fact-finding team investigating the atrocity.
 
They did say, however, they have not found any evidence which shows anyone from inside the facility had a hand in the attack.
 
The team of investigators, addressing a press conference on Wednesday, did not provide exact figure of casualties of attack.
