Mahmoud Saikal, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Afghanistan to the United Nations, says that all member nations in the UN Security Council have now accepted that terror hideouts and safe havens of terrorists exist on the Pakistani soil.

“During a historic visit to Kabul, members of UN Security Council pledged to strengthen their cooperation and consensus on Afghanistan and extended further assistance to the security and development of the country,” he said.
