In this episode of 6:30 Report, host Sayed Tariq Majidi has reviewed concerns on the process of sending the contracts of volunteer companies by the Ministry of Public Works (MoPW) to the National Procurement Authority (NPA).

Documents seen by TOLOnews show that Rahmat Sadat Company which participated in the bidding process for the establishment of Baharak-Ishkashim highway of Badakhshan province has been blacklisted by the ministry of public works despite it passed several phases of the biding.

Based on the procurement law, every violation by companies shall be reported to the NPA within 10 days, but the ministry of public works has acted regarding the issue after seven months which is indicating a clear violation of the procurement law.

Later on the contract for the establishment of the highway has been signed with Rauf Aziz Company. However, the U.S companies put Rauf Aziz Company in its blacklist from 2013 to 2018.
