BAZAR: Chabahar Port Open For Afghan Exporters

The Afghanistan’s Ministry of Commerce and Industries (MoIC) on Wednesday announced that with the inauguration of the first phase of Iran’s Chabahar port, the Afghan business community is now able to export its merchandise internationally.

The Ministry of Energy and Water signed contracts with private companies for the reconstruction of two major dams in Afghanistan.

They are the Pul-e-Khumri Dam in Baghlan province in the north and the Dohla Dam in Kandahar province, in the south of the country.

Also, Musavi discusses the reconstruction of Baghlan and Kandahar dams with Jawed Faisal, deputy spokesman for Chief ExecutiveAbdullah Abdullah.
