At least 36 civilians were killed in a suicide bombing in PD3 in Kabul city early Monday. In addition to those killed, over 40 others were wounded.

The Ministry of Mines and Petroleum also confirmed that 15 of its employees were killed and three others are missing.

According to the interior ministry, the victims of the incident are civilians.
