Russian foreign minister, Sergei Lavrov, after meeting his U.S foreign counterpart, Rex Tillerson, said Russia is ready to cooperate with the United States on a range of issues including Ukraine, Syria and North Korea. 
 
Lavrov said from his point of view the U.S is also ready to continue talks with Russia.
 
Lavrov, who met Tillerson on the sidelines of an international gathering in Manila, said the first thing that Tillerson asked about was Russia's retaliation against new US sanctions against Moscow.
