North Korea has issued a warning to foreign countries not to cooperate with the United States in its stance again Pyongyang.  

The North Korean government says that if foreign countries want to ensure their safety they should not cooperate with the United States.

The US State Department deputy said the two countries could have direct talks. This comes after North Korea warned of the possibility of a nuclear war.
