Residents of Charkh district of Logar province claimed that most of the government institutions are not active in the district.
 
The residents said that insecurity and the Taliban’s threat were reasons why government institutions could not provide services in the district.
 
Local officials rejected the residents’ claims and said that all government institutions were active in the district.
