A woman has established a hospital in Mazar-e-Sharif city that offers free services to patients.

So far she has treated over 100 patients. 

Farzana Mohammadi established the hospital after her husband died due to illness as a result of poverty. A number of civil society activists, doctors and local government officials are members of the hospital. 

Their slogan is ‘No patient should lose his/her live due to poverty’.
