
The US ambassador on rules of law and law enforcement to Afghanistan, Hans Klemm on Saturday took his office as an advisor to the Afghan Attorney General
The mentioned American official will cooperate with Afghan Attorney Office, High Court and the Ministry of Justice, said the Afghan Attorney General, Mohammad Ishaq Alako.
Ambassador Hans Klemm, has previously served in many key US posts including Minister Counselor for Economic Affairs at the US Embassy in Tokyo, and Director of the Office of Career Development and Assignments in the Bureau of Human Resources of the Department of State in Washington DC.
A top official in the Afghan Attorney office said that Ambassador Hans Klemm will help to build up capacity, training Afghan prosecutors and will cooperate to implement logistical and financial programmes in judiciary organisations.
Afghan Attorney General said that this US ambassador will work as an advisor and will advise him on ministry of justice, Supreme Court and Attorney Office. "He will help us solve our logistical problems, too."
