Speaking to the nation on Monday evening, President Hamid Karzai said that Pakistan has failed to co-operate with Afghanistan on bringing peace and stability to the country despite years of efforts.

In his speech, Mr Karzai said that Pakistan is misusing the peace policy in order to stay away from Afghanistan.
The president said he will no longer negotiate with the Taliban but instead he will speak to those with the authority.
"We will no longer hold peace talks with individuals, but with governments," Mr Karzai said.
