Competitions Gaining Momentum In Kabul Futsal Tournament

On day nine of the 16-day futsal tournament in Kabul on Saturday, Sedaqat Futsal Club defeated Shams Mirzaee team, ascending to the top of its group on the way to the next matches.

Sedaqat defeated Shams Mazaie by 20-2 after displaying a tremendous performance during the game.

Sayed Mahdi Hashimi of Sedaqat was announced as man of the match.

“I am pleased that we were able to defeat our opponents today and to play in the next matches. I hope that we are able to continue playing in the same way,” said Hashimi.

“We have identified the top U-20 players in these competitions. We will announce the players’ list at the end of the league completion,” said the national team’s futsal coach, Razaq Mamrak.

The Kabul futsal tournament includes eight teams from Kabul in two groups of four. The matches will be played over sixteen days.

The aim of the tournament is to fight human-trafficking and grow the awareness of the crime in the country.
