Wais Ahmad Barmak, the acting minister of interior said on Sunday at a wreath laying ceremony at the tomb of Ahmad Shah Massoud in Panjshir province that international consensus has been reached about Afghanistan’s war and that Pakistan must use the current opportunity to make amends.

Barmak said some countries still support Taliban but that the continuation of this would destabilize the region.
