President Ashraf Ghani has told Qatar’s foreign minister in Munich that it should shut down the Taliban’s offices in that country for as long as the group continued to fight in Afghanistan.

The Taliban cannot fight and speak about peace at the same time, Ghani told the Qatari minister in a meeting on the sidelines of the Munich security conference.
