The Ministry of Hajj and Religious Affairs (MoHRA) on Sunday called on the national security council to draw up a new security plan to safeguard mosques and other religious establishments in the country following Friday’s deadly attack on Imam Zaman mosque in Kabul.

The deputy minister of hajj and religious affairs called on all security institutions to increase security measures at mosques and religious facilities as soon as possible.
