Pakistan interior minister Ahsan Iqbal speaking at Pakistan parliament on Saturday said only Pakistan government can issue a Fatwa for Jihad and no groups have the right to announce Fatwa for Jihad against any group.

Iqbal also urged Pakistani religious scholars to denounce those Fatwa for Jihad that are being posted on social media. 

Iqbal said if Fatwa for Jihad continues, the country will turn into a battlefield between the groups and minorities.
