Afghan National Defense Minister (MoD) says the new Afghan force plan soon will be implemented.
 
The plan, designed to contain the threats of armed opposition to national security, has been under the control of the Ministry of Defense and the National Security Council for three months.
 
Some former military and members of the National Assembly are, however, worried about how these forces are managed.
