Afghan Students Make History at Science Contest in India

Fifty six students from Afghan-Turk schools who participated at this year’s Young Scientist Competition in India excelled in a number of areas including mathematics, chemistry, physics and biology.

Young scientists from eleven nations participated at the event.

Meanwhile a number of students who took part said that Afghan students performed well and won several gold, bronze and silver medals.

From the 56 Afghan student that took part, seven of them were the girls.
