Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) says that those Taliban members whose names are in the blacklist of the United Nations freely travel, while they do not have the permission to do so. 

According to MoFA, some members of Taliban delegation who attended the Moscow talks are on the UN blacklist.
