IEDs detonated In Jalalabad, No Casualties Reported

Nangarhar officials said Sunday that two back to back explosions were reported in Jalalabad city earlier in the day. 

Officials said there were however no casualties. 

Provincial governor spokesman Attaullah Khogyani confirmed the explosions and said the blasts occurred at about 11am local time when two IEDs were detonated.  

Police have launched an investigation into the incident, officials said. 

No group including the Taliban have claimed responsibility for the explosions.
