BAZAR: Afghani Dip Against US Dollar Discussed

The Afghani’s drop in value against the US dollar has created concern on the local market. 

Having hovered around 68 Afghanis to the dollar for a while, the Afghani dropped this week to 70.20 to the dollar. 

Money exchange union officials said the reason for this is the shortages of USD dollars on the local market.
