Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) said that a delegation from Uzbekistan is in Kabul to start initial assessments on Pul-e-Khumri-Surkhan Power Project in Baghlan province. 

Analysts said government should implement infrastructure projects to ensure Afghanistan’s power besides focusing on imported projects.
