Parliament’s administrative board on Saturday said most of the current members of parliament are preparing to stand for re-election. 

Sources meanwhile said a number of these MPs have criminal cases pending with the Attorney General’s Office. 

The IEC has said that after announcing the preliminary list of candidates, the legal and judicial departments as well as people can register complaints against candidates who might have legal problems.
