Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi recently visited Afghanistan, where discussions were held with Afghan leaders on a range of issues. 

In this episode of Goftman, host Partaw Naderi looks at what outcomes could be expected following the discussions and whether his visit has helped ease tensions between the two countries. 

Naderi also looks at what problems are rooted in Pakistan and whether a diplomatic settlement can be reached with the Taliban without involving Islamabad.
