At least three people were killed and 31 others were wounded after an explosion targeted a ceremony of Farmer’s Day at a local stadium in southern city of Lashkargah city in Helmand, the spokesman for Ministry of Interior’s spokesman Nusrat Rahimi confirmed. 
 
Rahimi said the explosion was as a result of two mines placed at the stadium.
