Economy Minister Mustafa Ma​stoor says a big part, one-third, of the national budget is spent on security affairs and that the remaining portion is invested in infrastructures.

Talking to TOLOnews, Mr. Mastoor said war expenses, insecurity and an unprecedented increase in the population are among the main reasons behind a slow economic growth.
