Documentary On Administrative Reforms Commission
TOLOnews’ Farahnaz Forotan takes a deeper look at the Independent Administration Reform and Civil Services Commission, its activities, the processes through which it selects and appoints officials for government institutions and other relevant issues.
The establishment of the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission was first stipulated in the Bonn Agreement.
As per Article 2 of the Head of the Transitional Government of Afghanistan’s Decree Number 25 on 10 June 2003 the commission was launched and its name was changed to the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission.
