A group of tribal in Gurbez district in Khost province have decided to send their daughters to schools as part of their efforts to support girls education in that part of the country. 

The tribal elders called on government to build girls’ schools in the district so that families send their daughters to schools.

The Khost Education Directorate said efforts are underway to build more schools for girls in the district.
