A day after UN meeting on Afghanistan, some legal and economic experts said they are skeptical over the implementation of the commitments made by the Afghan government at the Geneva Conference on Afghanistan. 

The Independent Election Commission of Afghanistan (IEC) on Thursday said that it counted both biometric and non-biometric votes while identifying the winners and losers of the October 20 parliamentary elections.
