President Ashraf Ghani, who spoke at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s summit in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, on Friday said breakthroughs in the Afghan peace process will take time without a regional consensus and addressing Taliban’s independencies with their supporters.
