Afghanistan’s U17 National Football team has made it through to U17 Subroto Cup 2018 finals after beating India's Kerala team 1-0 in the semi-finals on Saturday night in Delhi. 

Afghanistan will play Bangladesh in the finals on Tuesday. Shabeer scored the only goal for Afghanistan in extra time in the first half of the match.

The competition kicked-off two weeks ago in Delhi. Forty teams, from Asia and Europe, took part.

Afghanistan has won all its six group matches and have remained unbeatable so far in the competition.
