The Independent Electoral Complaints Commission of Afghanistan (IECC) on Monday announced that it has finalized the appointment of IECC commissioners for the provinces, bringing an end to the long delay in this part of the process. 

President Ashraf Ghani has appointed all 102 nominees for the vacant positions.
