MEHWAR: Cancer In Afghanistan Discussed

The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) said that last year in Afghanistan, 30,000 to 40,000 people were inflicted with cancer and 15,000 of these patients died.

The Ministry warned that over the next 10 years, cancer rates and cancer-related deaths could increase by more than 50 percent.
