President Asharaf Ghani held talks with representatives of northern provinces at the Presidential Palace where he said no decision will be made behind closed doors, referring to recent political issues in the country. 
 
The president meanwhile said neither a “monarchy or a dictatorship is not dominating the Afghan government.”
 
Ghani said he is trying to work based on the nation’s interests and that his decisions are strict.
