Director general of Afghanistan's Central Civil Registration Authority (ACCRA) Humayoun Mohtat on Thursday said that the body plans to start entering details in to their database of over five million ID documents recently distributed to people around the country.

Mohtat said that once IDs have been entered into their database, details will be able to be tracked about the holders of the ID cards within seconds.
