Afghanistan Meteorological Authority (AMT) warns of heavy rains and floods in 22 provinces of Afghanistan. 

Officials from the authority said that size of this rains is 30 to 30 millimeters and this forecasting will be valid till Wednesday this week. 

The Kabul Municipality has warned of rising water levels in the Kabul river, saying that houses built around the Kabul river are under threat.
