Neighboring countries should stop their involvement in the violence in Afghanistan, says former Jihadi leader Abdul Rab Rassoul Sayyaf.

President Ashraf Ghani on Thursday left Kabul for Germany to participate at the 53th Munich Security Conference, the Presidential Palace said in a statement.
