Kabul’s PD9 police chief Bismillah Taban said on Wednesday that in a dispute between two neighbors in PD12, a 12-year-old child was killed. 

According to Taban, the child was killed when a bullet from a gun hit him. Taban said two people have been arrested in relation to this case.
