TAKANI: Disqualified Candidates Threaten to Close IEC Doors

Six disqualified candidates have held a protest close to the Independent Election Commission’s (IEC) office in Kabul on Monday and closed the office’s doors. 

The disqualified candidates said that they were not given the opportunity to lodge an appeal against the decision by the Independent Electoral Commission’s (IECC).
