Rashid Believes In Sunrisers' Come Back After Two Defeats

Afghanistan’s googly master Rashid Khan who is playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League (IPL) has said that he believes in his team's come back after two consecutive defeats.

Sunrisers members have held training sessions ahead of their match against Delhi Capitals on Sunday, April 14, which will kick off at 7pm Kabul time.

Last week, Sunrisers was defeated by Mumbai Indians by 40 runs and after that it lost to Kings XI Punjab by 6 wickets.

“Good sessions and ready for that and we had a good game in Delhi,” Rashid said after Saturday’s training session, adding that “preparation has been done yesterday and today and we had a very good couple of days off.”

“We are trying do our best and in front of the home crowd “Orange Army” and I think it will be a historical day for all those who would be in here because it’s hundred games for Orange Army in the IPL,” he said ahead of the match against Delhi Capitals.

The two defeats for Sunrisers were a reflection of their fragile middle-order which could be sorted with the return of their skipper Kane Williamson.

They will be up against the Delhi Capitals in their 4th home match in 2019 session.

On the contrary, the Shreyas Iyer-led team bounced back with consecutive wins that put them in the top four in the points table.

With arrival of William son, Rashid’s National Cricket Team teammates will out of squad against Delhi Capitals.

Before Sunrisers match, Kolkata Knight Rider will face Chennai Super Kings and the match will kick off at 3pm Kabul time.
