President Ashraf Ghani attended a ceremony on the completion of the Turkmenistan section of the key pipeline project, TAPI, on Friday and said the project was in fact a set of key projects for the region. 

Senior officials from Afghanistan, India, Turkmenistan and Pakistan also attended the ceremony.
