Former president Hamid Karzai has once again criticized the US for its policy on Afghanistan, and blamed the deteriorating security situation on the US’s presence.  

Terrorist groups and extremism have become stronger under the US’s presence, he said. 

Karzai said that Daesh’s announcement that it was behind Sunday’s deadly attack in Kabul was questionable.
