Members of Wolesi Jirga (lower house of parliament) on Tuesday were up-in-arms over the recent incident involving the first vice president general Abdul Rashid Dostum’s plane which was ordered to fly to Kabul instead of Mazar but instead allegedly landed in Turkmenistan. 
 
Meanwhile, a number of legal experts have said that on the basis of the law, no Afghan citizen is supposed to be kept in exile and every Afghan citizen had the right to travel abroad and return to their home country.
